What are credits?
The upscaling services are measured using the credits as the unit. You can use the credit to upscale images up to 8× and download high-quality and watermark-free upscaled images. Downloading an upscaled image with no watermark costs 1 credit.
How long will my purchased credits last for?
Should you choose a monthly subscription, the credits you acquire will be valid for a period of one month. On the other hand, if you invest in a lifetime plan, your credits will be available indefinitely until they are completely used up.
What happens to the unused upscaling credit?
For Monthly Credit Plan, if there are unused credits when the subscription ends and is not renewed. These credits will expire.
Can the upscaling process lossless images?
Yes, it can. You can upload an image for upscaling and enlarging. Then, you can download the lossless result without any watermark using the credit.
Can I cancel my subscription?
