Part 1. Refund Will Be Accepted
Apeaksoft offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for monthly subscriptions, and a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for annual or lifetime orders. Please notice that the Money Back Guarantee is not an unconditional refund guarantee. The refund will be given under the following circumstances:
1. Refund requirement for product problem
Customer encounters technical problems after purchasing our product and no solutions have been provided within 30 days. If customer has no willing to wait for further update or solutions, Apeaksoft will refund the order as requested.
2. Refund requirement for registration problem
- (a) Wrong registration code has been sent to customers due to some reasons, which prevents customer from completing the conversation task normally. Furthermore, customer has no further need of the software. Under this circumstance, Apeaksoft will refund the order as customer requires.
- (b) Customer doesn't receive the registration code in the mailbox (within 24 hours) after the purchase due to the problem from Apeaksoft side, and has not received timely reply (within 48 hours) from Apeaksoft Support Team after contacting the customer service. In this case, Apeaksoft will refund the order if customer requires.
3. Refund requirement for purchasing issues
- (a) Purchase the wrong product by mistake, and then purchase the correct product from our company immediately. Under this circumstance, Apeaksoft will refund the wrong purchase if customer requires.
- (b) Purchase the same product twice at the same time, and have no desire to exchange the duplicate order for any other product. In this situation, Apeaksoft will refund one of them as customer requires.
Refund Note
As our product is virtual software, once we sent, we can't revoke the registration code. Moreover, we do not know if customer has used the registration code or not. So, if customer insists on refund, we will deduct 20% of the purchased price as a fee. Thank you for your understanding.
Part 2. Refund Will Not Be Accepted
Please understand that we will not be able to provide a refund if you find yourself in one of the following situations:
1. Refund requirement related to the purchased Apeaksoft products
- (a) Customer purchases wrong product which can't be supported by his computer operation system, such as Mac user purchases Windows version software. If we have similar software for correct OS, we would like to exchange the product for customer. If we don't have, we are sorry that the refund can't be performed.
- (b) Customer purchases wrong product from our affiliate website or the purchased product can't meet some of customer's needs due to the wrong or blurry product description on affiliate's website. In this case, we won't perform refund if customer requires it. Customer needs to contact affiliate where the product is purchased from to seek for a solution.
- (c) If customer encounters technical problems after the software update, but the order has exceeded the guarantee period, Apeaksoft will not refund.
- (d) Customer wants to convert protected files purchased from iTunes or other place, but our product can't meet this need. We won't perform refund if customer requires it, as we have already provided clear note towards this issue on our website.
- (e) When meeting with technical issues while using purchased products, customer refuses to cooperate with Apeaksoft Support Team and provide necessary description, screenshots and files regarding the problem or reject the solution we provide. Under these circumstances, a refund request will not be allowed.
- (f) Neither reading the product introduction on our website nor trying product before purchase, customer just thought the product can meet his demand and purchased it, and then found that the product can't meet his need. Under this situation, we won't perform refund if customer requires it.
2. Refund requirement for registration problem
- Registration failure of software is caused by customer's wrong operation, and the registration information has been proved to be valid, we won't perform refund if customer requests it.
3. Refund requirement for purchasing issues
- (a) Apeaksoft provides a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for monthly subscriptions, and a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for annual or lifetime orders. If a purchase exceeds the product's specified money-back-guarantee period, we will not perform the refund.
- (b) If customer purchases wrong product from our website, and then purchases so-called correct product from other company, we will not perform refund.
- (c) A refund request due to a price change or purchase from promotion campaigns will not be accepted.
- (d) If customer purchases the wrong product for lack of understanding the product functions, Apeaksoft will not refund. However, if customer contacts Apeaksoft within 48 hours after purchase, Apeaksoft can exchange the purchased product for the correct one, provided that the price difference between the products does not exceed $20. If the purchased product is exchanged for a correct product of lower price, Apeaksoft will not refund the price difference.
- (e) Cooperating with the third party payment platform, Apeaksoft has no way to monitor authorization during payment. If there is any suspicion of credit card fraud or unauthorized payment, the customer should contact the card issuer immediately to resolve the matter. Once an order is proceeded and fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled. However, Apeaksoft will exchange the purchased product for another if customer would like.
- (f) Customer has a 'change of mind' after purchase. Such kind of refund will not be accepted.
4. Refund requirement for rooting issue
Things Android Data Recovery users should know:
To recover deleted or lost data from Android devices, you should first root your Android device. This way, our program will have more authority over the device to find more deleted or lost data. We do not provide rooting service. Refund request for rooting failure cannot be accepted.
5. Refund requirement for incomplete data recovery
Please note that no software can guarantee 100% data recovery because the deleted/lost data can be easily damaged or overwritten. Therefore, Apeaksoft strongly recommends our users to try data recovery tools before purchasing. If the customer requests a refund because the software does not completely recover the lost/deleted data, we are sorry that we will not perform the refund.
