FAQs for Bypassing the Shutdown Prevention

There may be a problem that requires you to enter PINs or passwords to turn off the screen lock when using our screen lock removal feature. Here is the tutorial to help you solve this problem:

For Samsung Users:

Step 1. Hold the power and the volume down buttons simultaneously to force restart your phone.

Step 2. When the screen goes black, quickly hold the power, volume up, and the Bixby (if have) buttons simultaneously to enter the recovery mode.

Step 3. Use the volume keys to control the menu bar up and down to the Power off option, and press the power button to select the option.

For Other Android Phones:

Press the corresponding buttons to restart your phone. Follow the instructions on the software interface to move forward.
